External Works:
– Attenuation Drainage Installation: We are currently installing external attenuation drainage at the front of the building. This crucial system will manage surface water runoff, preventing flooding and ensuring the long-term durability of the site. The drainage system is an important feature that will reduce the environmental impact and safeguard both the infrastructure and surrounding area.
– Fencing and Main Entrance Gates: The installation of fencing and main entrance gates is currently underway. These works are vital for enhancing the security of the facility and providing an aesthetically pleasing entrance for future customers. The design complements the modern and professional image Attic Self Storage is known for, while ensuring top-tier security measures.
Internal Works:
– Dry Lining & Fire Stopping: We are progressing well with the dry lining and fire stopping works in the reception area. Dry lining will provide a smooth, high-quality finish for the walls, essential for a polished and professional front-of-house space. Fire stopping, a key safety measure, is being installed to prevent the spread of fire, ensuring the building complies with stringent fire regulations.
– First Fix MME Wiring: We are pleased to report that the first fix (MME) wiring has been successfully completed. This foundational work lays the groundwork for the building’s key electrical systems, including lighting, security systems, and climate control.
– Fit-Out and Storage Unit Construction: 90% of the storage units are now complete. These units have been designed to meet the highest standards of functionality and durability, ensuring that they will serve Attic Self Storage Limited customers effectively for years to come.
