- Scaffolding Solutions: Throughout the project, we provided robust and adaptable scaffolding, ensuring safety and accessibility across all phases of the build. Our scaffolding solutions enabled smooth and efficient construction processes, helping bring the vision of Springfield Place to life.
- Brickwork: The high-quality brick facades using a stretcher bond pattern offered a refined finish, adding a rich, urban texture to the buildings while ensuring durability. This traditional patterning is enhanced with subtle variations in brick tones, adding depth and texture to the façade.
- Balcony Installations: The project featured a combination of bolt-on and inset balconies to enhance the living experience for residents. Designed with high-quality materials and sleek finishes, the metal railings and perforated panels bring a modern, layered look to the overall aesthetic.
