Scaffolding

Deep Group London was appointed by Barratt Homes to deliver an extensive scaffolding, brickwork, balcony and steelwork package for the Hayes Village development. This significant project included the provision of 30 meters of scaffolding solutions for 9 blocks, detailed brickwork, and the installation of balconies. Deep Scaffolding played a key role in providing safe and efficient scaffolding solutions for the Hayes Village development, covering multiple residential blocks ranging from 21m to 33m. Our work ensured secure access for construction teams, efficient material handling, and essential safety measures across the site.

Scope of Works

Blocks B5 – B7: 11 & 10 Floors, with the tallest block reaching 33m:

Independent Scaffold – A robust perimeter scaffold system was installed across all blocks, providing essential access for construction and finishing works.
Loading Bays & Hoist Runoffs – Strategically positioned loading bays and hoist runoffs facilitated seamless material movement, improving efficiency on-site.
Protection Fans – Safety was paramount, with protection fans installed on higher blocks to shield the site and surrounding areas from falling debris.
Scaffold in Lift Shafts – Secure access for lift installation.
Internal Birdcage Scaffolds – Secure scaffolding was erected within lift shafts, while internal birdcage scaffolds provided a stable working platform for internal fit-outs and mechanical installations.
Monarflex Sheeting – Monarflex sheeting was applied to safeguard works against weather conditions, ensuring uninterrupted progress.
Haki Stair Tower – Incorporated on blocks 5 – 7 to enhance worker access and site mobility.
