Project Challenges
Located just off a busy main road, the site presented significant logistical challenges. Restricted access and limited storage space required careful planning and coordination throughout the project to ensure works progressed efficiently without disruption.
Innovative Blockwork Design
All blockwork was designed and installed with no visible lintel heads, creating the appearance of floating blockwork within the basement levels. This innovative approach delivered a clean, modern aesthetic where the blockwork walls were left exposed, eliminating the need for additional surface finishes while maintaining a high-quality visual impact.
Brickwork, Scaffold & Logistics Management
The brickwork and scaffolding packages introduced further complexities, particularly in managing interfaces with stonework and adapting to the continually reducing on-site storage space. To overcome these constraints, just-in-time deliveries were essential and meticulously managed to maintain program and quality standards.
